Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for creating efficient processes, building supportive teams, and helping organisations operate effectively. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of community, connection, and creating opportunities that have a positive influence on others. I’m looking forward to bringing my organised, solutions-driven management style to support the charity’s mission and contribute to its growth.

After learning about Carly’s passion for helping Ugandan communities gain access to clean water, I was inspired by the vision behind the initiative. When I was asked to help establish the charity, I felt I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to be involved in such purposeful work.
